Our premiere product, Purely Shea® 100 % Pure Unrefined Certified Organic Shea Butter needs no preservatives due to its natural shelf life of 18 months-2 years from the time you purchase it. However, many of our other products contain all natural, organic plant preservatives that have antimicrobial and antioxidant qualities which also ensure a shelf life of two years. Please check each product label or the website for the specific natural organic preservatives. |

9. Are your products safe to use on children and pregnant women? |

| Yes! In fact 100% Pure Unrefined Certified Organic Shea Butter has been used for centuries to condition newborn babys'skin in the dry African heat. Everyone needs to moisturize their skin daily regardless if their skin is oily or combination. Since 100% Pure Unrefined Certified Organic Shea Butter is noted to be the best emollient and moisturizer available, it can be used on these skin types in addition to dry skin types. For oily and combination skin types, always start with a very small amount (about half the size of a dime).

Once you have arrived at checked out, the shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight and destination. |

After you have placed your order, it takes approximately 1-2 days for us to process your order at our facility. After this we will ship your order USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders and USPS Global Priority Mail for international orders. Domestic orders are received in about 5-7 business days and international orders are received in about 7-10 business days. |

If you are not 100% satisfied with Purely Shea® products, you may return them up to 30 days after your purchase for a full refund or a product credit.
